The Incubation Cell of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management had initiated an event titled “What if You are the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)”? challenge. This event was designed to test the students’ decision-making and problem-solving skills, which they should have while dealing with critical business situations. The event comprised of three stages: Case Study competition, Group Discussion, and Personal Interaction/Interview. The final round i.e., the Personal Interview round, was conducted on 21-03-2022. Dr. Ashish Saihjpal, an Assistant Professor in Marketing from University Business School (UBS), Panjab University Regional Centre, Ludhiana, graced the occasion as judge of the event. Prof. (Dr) Vishal Kumar, Principal of the college, formally welcomed the judge of the event. He motivated students with his thought-provoking speech and shared that more events with Roleplays/Management games will be conducted in the times to come. In total, eleven students appeared in the interview round. During this round, the decision-making skills and all the attributes needed to be a good CEO were judged by Dr. Ashish Saihjpal and Prof. Sahil Ghai. The event was coordinated by Dr. Marinal Aggarwal, Dr. Jaspreet Kaur, Mr. Kanwaljeet Singh, and Dr. Aashish Garg.
