The RANGMANCH society of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management organized a nukkad natak on the theme JALLIANWALA BAGH and BAISAKHI. The students participated and performed with full zeal and zest. In total, 17 students showcased their talent in the field of acting, direction and script-writing. The students highlighted the incident of JALLIANWALA BAGH MASSACRE that took place 103 years ago. The college remembered the martyrs and paid tribute to them for their sacrifice, through this nukkad natak. Participants, played their respective roles on the ground with full enthusiasm and presented the facts of the incident in a creative manner. The idea of the natak was conceived by Prof. Veenu Verma and Prof. Amarjit Kaur and directed by Ishant Gaba and Vivek Jain of B.Com. Overall, the young performers, with their outstanding dialogue delivery created awareness among the audience at large. Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Kumar, Principal of the college, mentioned that the courage, valor and sacrifice of the martyrs will keep inspiring the upcoming generations. He also motivated the students to participate at such stages, where like-minded people come together and ponder over serious issues which demand human concern. He also congratulated the youngsters for their huge participation. By participating in such events, one gets to know the real situation of the various incidents and issues of the world.
