Meditation Cell of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management, Ludhiana, organized a visit to Swami Vivekanand Pyramid for meditation session i.e. Higher Self Awakening: Excogitating the unfolding on 24th September, 2022 at 10.00 am. The session was delivered by Ms Leena Bharti, Core Member of Vivekanand pyramid Parivar, Ludhiana. Students of BBA 1 A visited Swami Vivekanand Pyramid along with faculty members Ms. Swati Gupta and Mr. Ashish Bajaj. The prominent speaker played a role of the motivator in changing thousands of lives through her orientation on “Mindfulness meditation.” The session started with introductory video on ‘Spiritual Reality’, journey within which lays emphasis on the management of our thoughts. She talked about the vital role of mental health and mental hygiene among young bloods. In addition to this, the members of the faculty Ms. Swati Gupta and Mr. Ashish Bajaj encouraged students to dilute the unwanted thoughts and impressions through meditation. To reveal outwardly, Ms Leena Bharti took a practical meditation session with students. She also described the power of pyramid in liberating the Cosmic Energy. The session concluded with the message that meditation must be practised, as it can bring wonders.
