The Management Studies Honors Students of B.Com 6th Semester of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management along with the teacher coordinator Dr Meenu Singla and Dr Jinesh Jain visted Ralson India Limited, Ludhiana as an Industrial exposure to sync with Classroom Learning. Ralson is among the top industry leaders globally and is the largest producer and exporter of bicycle tubes and tyres in the country headed by the managing Director Mr Sanjeev Pahwa. The students were provided with an overview of the journey of Ralson Tyres since 1974 till date by experienced employees of varied departments and the production process was exhibited through the plant visit. Active participation was observed by the students and queries raised were handled satisfactorily by Ralson officials Mr Neeraj, Mr Irshaad, Mr Irfan, Mr Ashwani. The objective of the visit was well attained with a successful attempt to bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical orientation. Students expressed their sincere gratitude to the Management and Principal, Dr Vishal Kumar for providing them an opportunity for industrial interactions. Dr. Kumar acknowledged the learning inquisitiveness of the students and appreciated the subject coordinator Dr Meenu Singla. Participants delightedly expressed their excitement for their practical learning exposure.
