The Young Entrepreneurship Network of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management (SACCM), Ludhiana, organized an expert talk on the topic “Leveraging the power of business networking by Startups” in college campus on 17th May 2022 for the students of B.Com 4th Semester. Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Kumar, principal of the college formally welcomed the speaker of the session Ms. Mandeep Kaur Tangra, Entrepreneur/Tedx Speaker/ Motivational Speaker/Strategist/Philanthropy Advisor. She begun the session by sharing her entrepreneurial journey. She motivated the students to remain honest in their lives and focus on improving themselves as a person. Also, she highlighted the importance of prompt and fast decision making in the life of an individual. The session offered a great opportunity to students to learn how to be a great leader by converting obstacles into opportunities and inculcating the quality of quick decision making. She continued explaining how one can substitute marketing with networking. She gave tips on how to form a contact list and maintain connections with them to form a good business network. She also threw light on the importance of preparing and being a Master Connector. The lecture was co-ordinated by Dr. Leenu Anand, Ms. Swati Gupta and Dr. Priya Manchanda.
