Examination Rules for Honours Classes

  1. RULES FOR B.Com HONOURS 3rd/ 4th/5th/ 6th SEMESTERELIGIBILITY FOR APPEARING IN B COM HONOURS UNIVERSITY EXAMINATIONSAttendance: All rules of college attendance policy shall apply to B Com Honours program also.

    Mid Semester Test (MST): A student will be required to appear in the Mid Semester Test (MST) in Honours and score a minimum of 50% marks to be eligible for appearing in PU End Semester Examinations.

    THE STUDENTS WHO DO NOT MEET ANY OF THE ABOVE TWO CRITERION, HIS/HER NAME WILL BE STRUCK OFF FROM HONOURS COURSE PERMANENTLY WITHOUT ANY CHANCE OF READMISSION.

     

    EVEN A 4TH/5TH/6TH SEMESTER HONOURS STUDENT WHO HAS PASSED THE 3RD/4TH/5TH SEMESTER HONOURS EXAMINATION RESPECTIVELY CONDUCTED BY UNIVERSITY WILL BE DISALLOWED TO CONTINUE IN THE HONOURS COURSE IF HE FAILS TO FULFIL ANY OF THE CONDITIONS MENTIONED ABOVE

    UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENT FOR AWARDING B.COM (HONOURS) DEGREE

    The minimum marks required to qualify for honours in B.Com course shall be:

    1. 50% marks in aggregate of B.Com 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th Semester.
    2. 50% marks in aggregate of honours papers with a minimum of 40% marks in each paper separately as well as jointly with internal assessment.

RULES FOR B.Com HONOURS 3rd YEARELIGIBILITY FOR APPEARING IN B COM HONOURS UNIVERSITY EXAMINATIONSAttendance: All rules of college attendance policy shall apply to B Com Honours program also.Term Tests : A student will be required to appear in both the Term Tests in Honours and score a minimum of 50% marks separately in both Term Tests to become eligible for appearing in PU annual examinations.
    TTHE STUDENTS WHO DO NOT MEET ANY OF THE ABOVE TWO CRITERION, HIS/HER NAME WILL BE STRUCK OFF FROM HONOURS COURSE PERMANENTLY WITHOUT ANY CHANCE OF READMISSION

     

    EVEN A THIRD YEAR HONOURS STUDENT WHO HAS PASSED THE SECOND YEAR HONOURS EXAMINATION CONDUCTED BY UNIVERSITY WILL BE DISALLOWED TO CONTINUE IN THE HONOURS COURSE IF HE FAILS TO FULFIL ANY OF THE CONDITIONS MENTIONED ABOVE

    UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENT FOR AWARDING B.COM (HONOURS) DEGREE

    The minimum marks required to qualify for honours in B.Com course shall be:

    1. 50% marks in aggregate of B.Com Ist, IInd and IIIrd year.
    2. 50% marks in aggregate of honours papers with a minimum of 45% marks in each paper separately as well as jointly with internal assessment.
