The NSS Unit of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management, Ludhiana organised a session on ‘ECO FRIENDLY INITIATIVES’ for the faculty members and NSS volunteers on 22/10/2021. The resource persons for the session were Dr. Deepika Bansal (Ayurvedic Physician) and Mr. Gourav Tondon (Health and wellness Advisor). Dr. Marinal Gupta, Principal (offg.) formally welcomed the resource persons. Dr. Deepika started the session with an inquisitive question that how we can live a chemical free life. She emphasised on the importance of eco-friendly products and the need to make them a part of our daily lives to have a healthy nourishing life. They enlightened the gathering about the different life-style changes that can be incorporated for the overall well-being. The session was well coordinated by Prof. Jinesh Jain. Overall, it was an enriching experience for all.
