Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management subscribed to the library database EBSCO. It is the leading provider of research databases, e-journals, magazine subscriptions, ebooks for academic libraries and researchers. EBSCO is a hub of scholarly peer reviewed articles, newspaper articles, trade publications etc. It is one of the leading online research platforms used by thousands of institutions and millions of users worldwide. The subscription of this database would surely help the students and the faculty to carry out their academic and research endeavours. Mr. Ritesh Kumar and Mr. Arun Kumar from EBSCO team instructed the students and the faculty of the college about the usage and application of EBSCO database. Demo was given to use the EBSCO mobile app and the students were apprised of the fact that rather than google search engine they can use EBSCO to get the authenticated and unlimited content. Prof (Dr.) Vishal Kumar congratulated the College Library Advisory Committee for enriching the library resources by subscribing to EBSCO database. He further thanked the team members of EBSCO for arranging this training session. Mr. Anil Kumar, Dr. Marinal Gupta and Ms. Sarita Arora, members of college Library Advisory Committee made the requisite arrangements and made this event happen.
