Sri Aurobindo college of commerce and management organised a 7 day NSS camp on the theme – “Sri Aurobindo- the divine life”. The camp is organised to celebrate the 150th birth anniversary of Sri Aurobindo. Officiating principal Dr. Marinal Gupta motivated students for contributing selflessly to the society. The first activity for the NSS camp was a session by Eco Sikh NGO whereby they briefed the students about climate change and air quality. The next activity for the day was Fire Training Activity. The session concluded with a practical demonstration of how to put off a fire. 

On day 2 NSS Unit of SACCM organised the medical camps in the two villages adopted under NSS Program. TEAM 1 organised a free Orthopaedic Camp at Gurdwara Sant Thakur Singh Ji, Jhande Village in association with Prolife Hospital. Team 2 organised an Eye check up camp in association with SGHS hospital Sohana at the Gurdwara in the Phullanwal village. Doctor examined more than 75 patients and recommended Contact lenses to 17 of them. A team of volunteers also conducted a “KNOW YOUR VILLAGE” survey in adopted villages. The villagers as well as the students followed the covid protocol.
