Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management (SACCM), Ludhiana, celebrated International Women Day on 8th March 2022. Women Development Cell in Collaboration with YEN and Alumni association organized a session by renowned entrepreneur Ms. Kritika Arora who is also the Alumnus of the College. She spoke about gender equality and its dire need in current times. She emphasized the role of males in bringing the gender equality in the society. At the end of the session, queries were taken by the resource person. A poster making competition was also organized on the theme “Equality for Women is Progress for All”. Aarzoo Sharma bagged the first prize whereas Rishika Manhas and Pavit Pawan Kaur got second and third position. Dr. Robin Kaushal and Dr. Manpreet Kaur co-ordinated the overall event.
