The Edu Talk Club of SACCM College, Ludhiana, organized an Interview Simulation Activity on 30 October 2026 to enhance students’ communication, confidence, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
Students were divided into teams of two, with one student acting as the interviewer and the other portraying a famous personality from fields such as entertainment, politics, sports, and business. The interviewers prepared relevant questions, while the participants presented the achievements and experiences of their chosen personalities. To recognize their outstanding performance, certificates were awarded to the participants. Shaganpreet Kaur and Khushi Jindal were awarded the 1st position, Arshita and Anuja Jain secured the 2nd position and Dibya Shreshta and Kashvi Jain received 3rd position.
The activity helped students improve their public-speaking and communication skills, develop confidence, enhance research and critical-thinking abilities, and strengthen teamwork, creativity, and quick decision-making. It also provided valuable exposure to professional interview techniques through experiential learning.
Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Kumar, appreciated the initiative and encouraged students to participate in such activities to strengthen their communication, leadership, and professional skills.
