The Industry Cell, in association with the Alumni Association of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce & Management, organised an Industrial Visit to Supreme Agrofoods Private Limited, Ludhiana, Punjab, on 5th October 2026 for the students of B.Com 3A. A total of 56 students participated in the visit, accompanied by Dr. Anchal Arora and Ms. Ishika Garcha, who guided and supervised them throughout. The visit aimed to give students practical exposure to the production process of dairy products in the FMCG sector. During the visit, students observed and learnt about the various stages of production, quality control, packaging, and distribution of dairy products and interacted with the industry personnel to understand how these operations are carried out in a real business environment. The visit also helped them connect classroom concepts with industrial practices, giving them a better understanding of how an FMCG company manages operations, maintains quality standards, and delivers products to consumers. The students participated with great interest, asked thoughtful questions, and found the visit a valuable learning experience. The Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Kumar, highlighted that such industrial visits provide practical exposure, help in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, and give firsthand experience of industrial operations that is essential for the professional growth of students.
