Young Entrepreneurship Network (YEN) of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management organized a session on the topic “Nurturing Entrepreneurial Mindset” on 01-08-2025 for the students of B. Com 5th Semester and BBA 5th Semester. Mr. Abhishek Taneja (Founder and Owner- Haus of Abhi) was the resource person. Conducted in an interactive podcast format, the session featured a dynamic exchange between four selected student anchors and the invited resource person. The four student interviewers posed thoughtful and well-structured questions covering various aspects of entrepreneurship including the speaker’s journey, inspiration, initial challenges, turning points, and key learnings. The resource person candidly shared his personal story, revealing that his entrepreneurial pursuit took shape during one of the most uncertain periods of COVID-19 pandemic. Having just graduated, he found himself at a crossroads, facing anxiety and confusion about the future. Despite the odds, his strong inner drive to “do something of his own” kept him motivated. He emphasized how destiny and determination intertwined in his life, unexpectedly leading him into the domain of fashion designing, a field that eventually became his passion and profession. The session provided a comprehensive and insightful roadmap for budding entrepreneurs looking to establish and elevate themselves as future entrepreneurs in the competitive business landscape. He emphasized success is not merely a product of ambition, but a fine blend of preparation, patience, perseverance, and purpose along with a bit of destiny. The conversation further explored how he built his brand, overcame self-doubt, and continued to adapt to an ever-changing market environment. Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Kumar appreciated the speaker and stated that such honest dialogue will encourage the young minds to embrace uncertainty with courage, trust the process, and remain open to evolving paths.
