Students were taken through the biscuit production units, where they observed the step-by-step process including raw material selection, automated dough mixing, dough sheeting, cutting, and baking in high-capacity tunnel ovens. The visit also highlighted the role of stringent quality checks, covering texture, taste, hygiene testing, and regulatory compliance, which ensure that only superior-quality products reach consumers.

The tour further included a walkthrough of the packaging section, where students saw automated systems for primary and secondary packaging, batch coding, sealing, and preparation for dispatch. They learned how packaging not only preserves freshness but also supports branding and logistics efficiency. Overall, the visit helped students connect theoretical concepts of production, operations management, and quality control with real-time industrial practices. The Principal and the Management, appreciated the curiosity and discipline displayed by the students, emphasizing that such industry interactions play a crucial role in enhancing their practical understanding and professional readiness.
