Women Development Cell
SACCM is committed to create and maintain a secure environment in which the students can learn without any threat and exploitation. Women Development Cell (WDC) of the college strives to create a gender sensitive campus. The objective of WDC is to promote general wellbeing of female students, female teaching faculty and female sub-staff of the college.
The purpose of WDC is to generate an atmosphere of gender equality in society as well as on the campus. The cell acts as a facilitator for young women so that they can realize their full potential and exercise their active influence on society and its transformation.
Under the ‘Gender Equity Promotion Programme’, the WDC of the college organizes various awareness programmes through expert talks on gender sensitization, women empowerment, women rights. WDC also provides a platform to the female students to discuss and deliberate on issues concerning women like women wellness, women entrepreneurship, motivational talks and many more.
Moreover, WDC undertakes to organize various guest lectures, wherein female students interact with Female Doctors (gynaecologists), Dietitians, Women Entrepreneurs and Motivational speakers.

Internal Complaint Committee
The College has a stringent policy on ‘Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace’ and also has an ‘Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)’ to look into such matters. SACCM has zero-tolerance for sexual harassment and any act of sexual harassment will invite serious disciplinary action. ICC comprises of:
