Mental Health and Wellness Cell of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management organized a Vision Board Workshop was successfully conducted on Friday, 13 February, from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM, with the participation of 75 students. The session focused on helping students understand the concept of manifestation from a psychological perspective and guiding them in creating their own vision boards. During the workshop, students were introduced to the principles of goal setting, visualization, and intentional thinking.

The session emphasized how visual representation of goals enhances clarity, strengthens motivation, and activates cognitive focus through the brain’s reticular activating system. Students were guided on identifying personal, academic, and career aspirations and translating them into meaningful visual formats.

From a psychological standpoint, vision boards support improved self-awareness, increased confidence, emotional regulation, and sustained goal-directed behaviour. The activity also encouraged positive thinking patterns, reinforced intrinsic motivation, and provided a structured space for self-reflection. The workshop was interactive and well-received, with active participation and engagement from the students throughout the session.
