SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES PARTICIPATING IN THE COLLEGE CONVOCATION

1. TIMINGS:

a) Rehearsal Day- April 15, 2024 at 12 noon sharp

b) Convocation Day- April 16, 2024 at 9.30 am sharp

(Candidates must adhere to the timings strictly)

2. A candidate who does not attend the REHEARSAL on April 15, 2024 will not be permitted to attend the Convocation to be held on April 16, 2024.

3. Candidates shall wear the academic robes as specified for each course. The gowns will be available on hire before Rehearsal @ Rs 250/- per set in Room No. T3, Block -II near atrium. The candidate will submit Rs 500 in total out of which Rs 250/- will be refunded after convocation.

4. Candidates are expected to wear formal dress.

5. Candidate will be allowed a particular seat number from the registration desk on the day of rehearsal and they must occupy their allotted seats during the rehearsal and Convocation.

6. All candidates are requested to maintain proper decorum in the venue

7. Candidates must not leave the Venue during the proceedings of the Convocation

8. Those Candidates who have already taken their degrees will submit it back on rehearsal day.
