A group of 66 students of BBA 4th Semester from Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management, Ludhiana, accompanied by two faculty members, Mr. Vinay Dawar and Ms. Mehak Arora, visited Kangaro Industries Limited, Focal Point, Ludhiana, for an industrial visit on 26th March 2025 aimed at enhancing their practical understanding of the manufacturing processes in the office supplies and stationery industry.
The visit was led by Mr. Mukesh Goel (Plant Head) who provided an overview of the company’s different production lines and departments. To ensure a more immersive learning experience, the students were divided into two groups for a detailed tour of the facility. During the visit, students gained insights into the production of staplers, punchers, cutters, knives, and blades, which are Kangaro Industries’ key product categories. They observed various manufacturing processes, including the moulding of plastic components, powder coating, and assembly lines that involve both manual labor and conveyor belt operations.
Prof. (Dr) Vishal Kumar, Principal SACCM, emphasized the importance of such visits in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry practices.
