On the occasion of the 79th Independence Day, the NSS Unit of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management organized a Poster Making and Slogan Writing Competition in the college premises on the theme “Meri Azadi Mera Farz” and “Har Ghar Tiranga”. The activity aimed to instill a sense of patriotism among students, highlight the significance of national freedom, and remind everyone of their duties as responsible citizens of India. Students participated enthusiastically, showcasing their creativity, artistic skills, and powerful words to express their love for the nation. The vibrant posters and thought-provoking slogans reflected not only artistic talent but also deep-rooted national pride. Ruhani Behal was adjudged first in poster making. Bhavika Jain and Diya Nathani bagged first and second position in slogan writing respectively. Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Kumar congratulated the prize winners and appreciated the efforts of the participants and the NSS Unit for organizing such an impactful activity. He encouraged students to uphold the values of freedom, unity, and responsibility in their daily lives, reminding them that the true celebration of independence lies in fulfilling one’s duties towards the country. The event was coordinated by Dr. Jinesh Jain, Ms. Esha Jain, Mr. Asish Bajaj and Ms. Veenu Verma.
