Career Guidance and Placement Cell (CGPC) of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management, Ludhiana, in association with IMS Ludhiana, organized an expert talk on the topic- “From Aspiration to Achievement: Career Growth & Interview Secrets ” on February 10, 2025. The resource person of the day was Mr. Munish Dewan, the Director-IMS, Ludhiana Centre. At the very outset, he emphasized that in a world that thrives on collaboration and shared ideas, mastering the art of group discussion & interviews is of paramount importance. Mr. Munish shared engaging insights into the intricacies of group discussions. The session seamlessly blended theory with practice, offering participants interactive opportunities to engage in group discussions. Mr. Munish provided valuable insights into career planning, skill development, and interview techniques. He emphasized on goal setting, continuous learning, and confidence building. Success stories of various famous personalities like Abhinav Bindra, Kapil Dev and many others were talked upon, motivating students to follow their passion. Beyond the informative content, the event also served as a networking platform, fostering connections among attendees within the education and career guidance domain. At the end, a noteworthy Question and Answer session provided a direct exchange of ideas, clarifying various aspects of communication skills within group settings. Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Kumar, the Principal of the college, expressed his gratitude to the resource person for embracing students with knowledge, learning and wisdom.
