The vision board workshop was successfully conducted for college students on 31st January in the Seminar Hall. A total of 120 students actively participated in this dynamic and creative session focused on goal setting and Visualization. The workshop began with a brief introduction to the psychology of manifestation , helping students understand how visualizing goals can positively influence mindset, motivation and action. Participants were then guided through the principles of SMART goal setting and the importance of aligning their daily actions with long term aspirations.
Students engaged in hands-on creation of personal vision boards, using a variety of materials to represent their academic, personal and professional goals. The activity encouraged self-reflection, creative expression and intentional planning. The core focus of the workshop revolved around using vision boards as tools for clarity, motivation and behavioural direction. Emphasis was placed on how visual cues can strengthen commitment, aid focus and enhance one’s ability to stay aligned with set goals. The session concluded with group reflection, where students shared their experiences and insights gained . The workshop successfully empowered students to visualize their future intentionally and gave them a tangible reminder of their goals and dreams.
