Young Entrepreneurship Network (YEN) of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management organized a session on the topic “Personal Branding for Budding Entrepreneurs” for the students of BBA 3rd and BBA 5th Semester. Ms. Sukriti Sharma (PR and Marketing Resource at Penumbramedia99) was the resource person. The session provided a comprehensive and insightful roadmap for budding entrepreneurs looking to establish and elevate their personal brands in the competitive business landscape. Through a combination of authentic self-expression, consistency, compelling storytelling, and effective networking, participants learned to craft a personal brand that authentically represents their unique value proposition. The speaker astutely underscored the significance of a warm and welcoming smile, as well as the power of personal styling, when making that all-important first impression during initial encounters. Drawing from her own personal journey, she shared a compelling narrative that resonated with the students, demonstrating the transformative potential of overcoming fears and stepping out of one’s comfort zone. Her words served as an inspiration for the aspiring entrepreneurs in the room, encouraging them to conquer their apprehensions and embrace opportunities with confidence. The emphasis on the importance of being presentable in professional settings was a valuable lesson, as it emphasized that projecting a polished and professional image can significantly impact how others perceive and interact with you in the business world. Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Kumar appreciated the speaker for providing such valuable insights. The event was coordinated by Dr. Leenu Anand. Ms. Esha Jain, Mr. Vinay Dawar and Ms. Parul Sood assisted her in organizing and managing the event.
