Enhancement in a pupil’s academic performance and overall grooming can be well administered only with combined efforts of the College as well as Parents. SACCM Parent Teacher Association (PTA) organized a Formal Interaction with Parents on October 11, 2023, in support of the notion of Parent-Teacher Partnership as a vital instrument in this regard. The meeting began with Group Address by Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Kumar, in which he apprised the parents about their wards’ overall performance. Adding further, he urged parents to wholeheartedly support college’s endeavours in improving students’ performance to the anticipated levels through regular monitoring of their child and partnering with teachers as equals. Following the group address by Principal, parents had one-on-one interaction with class coordinators where detailed feedback about students’ general behaviour as well as academic performance was shared. Besides offering conventional updates to the parents through College Software Qual campus on real-time basis, such personal interactions deliver an appropriate kind of platform for collaborative thinking about child’s academic progress and overall development. Parents lauded the initiative taken by the college in holding Parent Principal and Parent Teacher meeting and updating them about their wards through these forums.
