Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management, Ludhiana organised an interactive session for the faculty members on the topic ‘How to develop leadership skills?’ on October 19, 2023. The resource person for the session was Prof Atul Khosla, Vice Chancellor, Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh. Mr. R K Rewari Secretary, SACCM and Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Kumar, Principal extended a formal welcome to the distinguished speaker. Prof Atul started the session by sharing success stories of various leaders. Quoting the role of colleges in students’ life, he emphasized that colleges should provide building blocks to the aspirant students. Teachers should identify talent among students and encourage their innovative ideas. The session was quite inviting and informative. The session ended with fruitful interactions and discussion among faculty members and the resource person. The session was well coordinated by Dr. Manpreet Kaur.
